Ingredients 3

Half a cup of oil. Two eggs. A glass of sugar. A cup and a quarter of grated carrots. Cup and three quarters of flour. Two tablespoons of baking powder. Half a teaspoon of sodium bicarbonate. How to prepare 9

Mix the sugar and oil well, then add the vanilla and eggs and stir well. Mix all the previous ingredients well except butter, walnuts and carrots. Grease the baking tray with butter and brush the flour, then pour the mixture and add the walnuts and carrots. Insert the tray into an oven at 180°C for about 45 minutes, and after maturity, place on top and serve.

Preparing cream 10

Whisk the powdered cream and liquid cream together. Add the cheese to the previous mixture and continue to beat well until the ingredients are mixed. Add the lemon juice to the mixture and beat until you have ready cream.
